These terms are between you and Cispack Ltd for use of the Cispack website and product. If you create a company account, you accept them.

Cispack is software to help you match CIS statements, invoices and bank credits and to prepare a pack for your accountant. It is not tax advice, not an HMRC filing service, and not a substitute for a qualified accountant. You remain responsible for CIS300 returns, payroll, VAT and any other filings.

You must enter accurate records and keep access to your account restricted to people in your firm. Do not use the product for anyone else’s books without their authority.

The product is provided as-is while we are in early use. We will try to keep it available and to protect your data, but we do not warrant uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months, except where the law does not allow that limit.

English law applies. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
