Cispack Ltd is the controller for personal data processed through cispack.com and the Cispack product. Contact hello@cispack.com.

We process account details (name, email, company name), the contractor and job records you enter, and technical logs needed to keep the service running. We use this to provide the product, secure accounts, and communicate about the service you asked for.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it to train public models. Hosting and email providers we appoint act as processors under written terms.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This page will get a fuller policy before we take card payments or store statement PDFs at volume. Until then, treat it as the accurate short version.
